Dear Jennifer and Chris,

We were heartbroken when we heard the sad news aboout Zachary. I wish I had more time to get to know him better. I feel the picture we have hanging here of him with his giant squid hat on, told us a lot about Zach and his great personality. Know that you, your family, and Zach are in my thoughts and I will be praying for strength and peace for you all. Take care,

There are no words that can be spoken. My family's hearts ache for you and yours with this insurmountable loss. Zach may not have known me personally, but he has forever changed the way I donate my money. I was blessed with the opportunity to be involved with his fundraiser and because of him, I have changed the way I donate my money.
As a mother, I wish I could ease some of your grief. May God give you strength and surround you with love during this time. Your son will forever live on in my family's lives for he touched it in such an enlightening way. It's a light that will never go out and I thank him for that.

I am truly sorry for the passing of Zach. I had the great pleasure of meeting him and his family during one of the fundraisers I helped work. His bravery and true spirit was remarkable, and the strength he and his family showed was without a doubt something I will nevet forget. Heaven now has a beautiful angel who will never have to suffer another day. He is definitely a super hero in my eyes! Zach is a true inspiration and he has taught me a valuable lesson on how to be strong during your weakest moments. God Bless Zach and his family.
