Frank Perri, 75, of Dunmore died on July 29, 2026 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, after a month’s long illness.
He was the son of the late Frank and Lucy Trotta Perri. His brother, Joseph, also predeceased him.
Frank graduated from Dunmore High School and worked for 38 years for Mercy Hospital. He then worked at Regional Hospital of Scranton.
He was a very talented cook who loved to carry on family traditions with his favorite Italian dishes. Frank lived quietly and simply and everyone who knew him would agree that he was one likeable guy who will be dearly missed.
Surviving are his sister Patricia; his two nephews, Michael and Christopher Perri and their families, Reading, PA; two aunts, Ann Perry and Joan Perry; and many cousins. He also leaves behind his three rescue cats, Merlin, Magic and Suki.

The funeral will be Wednesday from the Carlucci-Golden-DeSantis Funeral Home, Inc., 318 E. Drinker St., Dunmore with a Mass at 9:30am at St. Anthony of Padua Church, Smith St. in Dunmore.
Inurnment, Dunmore Cemetery.
Family and friends may pay their respects on Tuesday from 5-7pm at the funeral home.
