Our Lord opened up his arms to receive Ann Elizabeth (Nancy) Graham on Tuesday, June 16, after an illness.
She was the daughter of the late Joseph Edward Graham Sr. and Alice Veronica Schneider Graham.
Born at home in the Petersburg section of East Scranton on November 22, 1938, where she lived until her passing, Nancy was the second born of five children.
Nancy enjoyed bowling, traveling, and dancing in her younger years. She worked at National Pretzel until its closing and at Supermarket Services until her retirement.
She was pre-deceased by her sister, Theresa Alice Katorkas, brother, Joseph Edward Graham, Jr., niece and Godchild, Theresa Alice Katorkas Donnelly; nephew, Joseph Edward McDermott; brothers-in-law, James Paul Orr (Kathleen), John C. Katorkas Jr. (Theresa), and John Paul McDermott (Alice).
She is survived by her loving sisters, Alice C. McDermott and Kathleen M. Orr; a niece, Kimberly Ann Fron; her caregivers; and her loving companion, John (Butch) Sibio, Sr. of Dunmore.
She will be sorely missed by all her nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church, Taylor Ave, Scranton, on Friday, June 26, at 10 am.
The family will receive friends and family from 9 am till the time of mass.
Interment will be private at St. Mary of the Assumption Cemetery, South Scranton.
