Gail Frisbie, 75, Dunmore, died Thursday evening in Hospice of the Sacred Heart Inpatient Unit in Dunmore. She was the wife of the late Keith I. Frisbie, Sr. who died January 8th. They had been married for 53 years.

Born in Scranton, Gail was the daughter of Roy and Dorothy Louise Morris Hartman. She was a graduate of Lackawanna Trail High School Class of 1960 and prior to retirement she worked for International Salt Company, Woolworth’s, as a Direct Care worker , as a cook at Zip’s in Scranton, and at the Deli at Riccardo’s Market in Dunmore.

Gail will be remembered by her family and friends as a funny, wise, hardworking woman who was everyone’s mom and friend. She often gave the best advice and support. Her generous, creative, warm, loving, and welcoming nature will forever be remembered. She was an avid fan of NASCAR and enjoyed word and jigsaw puzzles, cooking, ceramics, listening to music, and tending to her flowers and plants.

Her family would like to personally thank Louise Hoffman for all her help, guidance and love. They wouldn't have been able to make it through this week without her.

Surviving are two daughters, Lisa Shea and her husband Kevin, Taylor and Dawn Konchar and her husband Kenneth, Blakely, and a son, Keith I. Frisbie, Jr. and his wife Lynn, Peckville, six grandchildren, Heather Frisbie, Kevin Shea, Jr., Corey Shea, Casie Shea, Kyle Konchar and his wife Katie, and Lauren Konchar, and a great granddaughter, Aryanah Harrison as well as nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a brother Warren Hartman.

As per Gail’s wishes there are no funeral services.
