Elizabeth R. Finelli Kresge, 80, a resident of St. Catherine's Manor, Scranton, died Sunday morning at Mountain View Care Center, Scranton. 

Born in Dunmore, daughter of the late Joseph and Rachel Boniello Finelli, she was a graduate of Dunmore High School class of 1955 and was a member of SS. Anthony and Rocco Parish in Dunmore. Before retirement, she had been employed at the Laurel Nursing Home for many years, and at Haddon Craftsmen in Scranton before that. She enjoyed her trips to Atlantic City, and playing cards and bingo with her friends at St. Catherine's Manor. She was devoted to her family, especially her beloved grandchildren.

The family wishes to thank Terry Jones for the many years of care and devotion she gave to Elizabeth.

Surviving are her daughters, Lisa Ann Gruszewski, Dunmore; Francene Malinoski and husband, John, Scranton; and Nicholina Clark and husband, Allen, Gouldsboro; grandchildren, Amanda Gruszewski and fiancé, Michael Trento; Joseph Gruszewski and companion, Victoria Rinaldi; Ashdon Clark and Abbey Malinoski; her brother, James Finelli and wife, Rosemarie, Dunmore; several nieces and nephews, including Rachel Yzkanin and husband, John; and Rosemary Santarsiero and husband, Joseph, and their daughters, Alexandra and Olivia Santarsiero.

The funeral will be Thursday from the Carlucci-Golden-DeSantis Funeral Home Inc., 318 E. Drinker St., Dunmore, with Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Rocco's Church, Kurtz Street, Dunmore. Interment to follow in Dunmore Cemetery.

Friends may call Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. Preferred memorial contributions are kindly asked to be sent to the Cody Jude Barrasse Memorial Fund, c/o Scranton Preparatory School, 1000 Wyoming Ave., Scranton, PA 18509.

A Beautiful woman inside and out. Never shall I forget how she made all the neighborhood kids feel like her own. She was a one oof a king woman who raised her children with the singed of
Morals and the best ethics there are. Mrs. Kresge should be so proud of her fabulous family. Kuddo's ro you liz... rip. My friend.
