The funeral will be Monday from the Carlucci-Golden-DeSantis Funeral Home Inc., 318 E. Drinker St., Dunmore, with Mass at 11 a.m. in St. Anthony of Padua Church, Smith Street, Dunmore. Interment, St. Michael's Cemetery.

So very sorry for your loss. I haven't seen Bernie since we graduated from Dunmore High, but I'll always remember her beautiful smile.

Gordon and all of your family Margaret and I would like to express or deepest condolences to you and your family. Although I know you a long time through work I only met Bernie a few times but could always sense the closeness you two had , we are very sad for your loss and were disappointed we couldn't be there in person to show our support.

Mr. Appel, Butch, Kimberlee, Gina and Patrick;

Our deepest condolences to you, the kids & the Appel family on the loss of Bernie. She was truly one of a kind. Take comfort in how beloved she was by so many and that she's now in the arms of the Lord she was so faithful to.
May you, sooner than later, may your memories make you smile & rejoice rather than cry & feel pain.

With love;
Frank, Rosilyn, Brandon and Abigail Galea
